Kevin has a broad civil and commercial practice. He is an experienced trial advocate, and is regularly instructed on court cases both as sole advocate & as part of a team in heavyweight litigation. In addition, Kevin also has considerable experience in criminal matters, acting for both defence & prosecution.

Kevin was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2006 and to the Victorian Bar in 2025.He is also a NMAS accredited mediator and has participated in over mediations and compulsory conferences in both commercial and individual matters.

Kevin is fluent in Cantonese and is experienced in working with Chinese clients who speak Mandarin.
